In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the b9666 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, games, and features accessible at b9666.app.

These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence, including after account closure for any obligations that survive termination.

Continued use of the Platform following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on b9666, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. b9666 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players.
• You are accessing b9666 from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for any third party.

Each player may register one account only. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending balances. In the event you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify b9666 live chat support without delay and change your password from the account security settings.

b9666 may implement additional security measures — including temporary account locks, enhanced verification requirements, and session termination — where unusual account activity is detected. These measures are applied to protect player funds and are consistent with b9666's obligations under its licensing framework.

b9666 accepts deposits from players in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. b9666 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

All deposits are credited to your b9666 account balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard. There are no currency conversion fees for PKR deposits via Pakistani payment methods. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

b9666 does not accept deposits made in cash or via any payment method not listed in the deposit section of your account dashboard. Deposits made via unsupported methods will be returned to the originating account where technically possible, subject to applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals from b9666 are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. b9666 is required by its international gaming license to verify the identity of players before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires the following documents:

b9666 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible to all registered players directly from their account dashboard at all times, without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that cap the total amount that can be deposited within the specified period. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

b9666 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request
• Receipt of a chargeback, reversal, or dispute from a payment provider relating to a deposit
• Reasonable belief that an account is being used by an underage player
• Player's voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling suspension or closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than player request or confirmed Terms breach, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC. Where an account is closed due to confirmed Prohibited Conduct, b9666 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

No part of the b9666 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from b9666.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the b9666 Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9666's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's account, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 100,000, whichever is lower.

b9666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the b9666 Platform, even if b9666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b9666 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond b9666's reasonable control. Players are responsible for ensuring the security and stability of their own internet connection and device when accessing the Platform.

b9666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on b9666, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.

b9666 uses player data for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, marketing communications (subject to player consent), and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Player data is stored securely and is not sold or disclosed to third parties except where necessary to operate the Platform or where required by law.

It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. b9666 recommends that players check the Terms page whenever they log in to ensure they are familiar with the current terms governing their account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under b9666's international gaming licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to account closure, bonus forfeiture, or withdrawal refusal, shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out below.
